History: The Ring Dance sculpture by Dallas Anderson is dediecated to the children of our community. Wording on the plaque:

Together - in the dance of life
With ups and downs
Our hearts grow wise
And dreams come true.
The sculpture depicts an ancient game, still played in parts of the world. It is meant to capture the natural innocence and fun-loving spirit of children, and speaks to the importance of the individual's participation, cooperation and congeniality within the community. It symbolizes the quest for achievement through working in harmony.

The six models for the Ring Dance sculpture were: Amy Angha, Laura Curler, Joshua Hanamann, Robert Koehler, Ryan Leath, and Emily Pourciau. The sculpture was dedicated on August 2, 1996.
